Semi-mature and cross breed goat skins, dull

Original Aniline dyed and vegetable tanned bookbinding- restoration and portefeuille leather with high Sumac- tanning content which has quite similar material properties comparing to fine grained calf leather.

 

This dry and compact leather tools and pares nicely without double- layer (skined) tendency.

 

Due to excellent results on hand gilding this leather is mostly recommended for bookbinding art- works and book restoration as well. Thickness: 0,7 – 0,8mm.
